The Graduate Music Education has temporarily suspended admission into the summer Music Education (M.M. or M.S.) program as the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance begins redesign its overall graduate curriculum.

The redesign of the graduate curriculum will reflect what the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance have learned during the pandemic pertaining to appropriate pedagogical approaches as well as the robust revisions we are making to the undergraduate music education degree program. The School of Music, Theatre, and Dance are excited by the opportunities these improvements will provide, and will remain committed to offering programming that prepares graduate students with advanced academics and best practices in contemporary teaching pedagogy.
